Question: If there is a shoe that I really want that is not available?
Answer: No worries! We can have it pre-ordered. Please email us with your desired shoe, size and colour and we will make arrangements. Please be advised that this service takes 2-3 weeks to be executed. 

Question: What if I want a shoe for the same day?
Answer: We could have your request facilitated. Please make the request via email along with your order number.

Question: How do I know what size to order?
Answer: As styles vary, it can be difficult to determine your exact size. The best way to get an accurate fit is to go by the measurement guided by the size charts. 

Question: What payment order do you accept?
Answer: We accept bank transfers and cash on delivery.
